We are a lean, senior-led firm. Every engagement is run directly by senior banker judgment, not handed to a junior team, which is what allows a small firm to deliver the same standard of process discipline sellers expect from institutions many times our size.
Selcius Partners was founded by Ivan Saval, a veteran investment banker with over 25 years of experience spanning boutique to bulge-bracket firms, including JPMorgan, UBS, BNP Paribas and CIBC. More than 15 of those years have been dedicated exclusively to the agriculture and food value chain, including seven years at StoneX Group where he developed a specialized focus on seed-to-plate supply chain advisory and, most recently, leading the Agribusiness Investment Banking Group at Roth Capital Partners. Every engagement at Selcius is led directly by that experience.
