Our Approach

A lean team means senior attention on every engagement.

For decades, advisory economics were built around large teams and labor-intensive processes with much of the actual work delegated to junior staff. We operate differently: every engagement is staffed and led directly by a senior banker with no handoffs to a large junior bench.

We do not consider this a marketing claim. It is an operating discipline that shows up in how we run a process, how we allocate our time, and in the terms of every engagement letter. Client information is handled under the same confidentiality obligations, engagement terms, and professional judgment that have always governed this work.

A lean team means fewer handoffs, faster decisions and direct accountability. Clients work with experienced bankers throughout the engagement, from initial positioning through negotiation and closing.
